My first WOD was March 3rd, 2012 which left me confused and exhausted after that workout. That’s when I became addicted to CrossFit and the lifestyle that it brings. I’m a competitor at heart. I grew up playing sports and working out. To me nothing is more exciting than seeing someone in your class accomplish something that they couldn’t do before. The great thing about being a coach is the people that are in my classes. My favorite workout is “Murph”. Like most workouts in CrossFit, I like it because it’s challenging mentally and physically. The most challenging movement for me is ring muscle ups and bar muscle ups. Promptness is a must for me. If you're late for class, catch a lap, come in and finish stretching with the class. If we are done stretching and warming up, don’t bother coming and joining the class. For liability purposes, I don’t want the risk of injury to occur to you or to someone else in class.

I began CrossFit late 2011 in search of a challenging hobby. Growing up in the country, sports were my life so the feeling of competitiveness of CrossFit easily drew me in. Since starting, I’ve improved not only physically but mentally thanks to the comradery within the Misfit box, it’s coaches and the amazing support of my wife(Tiffany) and two kids (Jayden & Alexis). I became a level 1 certified trainer with intentions of helping others reach their fitness goals, as I continue myself.

I have been working out and educating myself on healthy eating and fitness for as long as I can remember. I was a boot camp instructor for 3 years and started incorporating CrossFit in 2008. I love the challenge and competitive mode when it comes to CrossFit, because it makes me push myself to the next level which I would not do in a regular gym. My husband Bill and I have been married for 12 and a half years. We have 3 children, twin boys Jake & Josh age 8 and a half, and a daughter Lauren that is 3 and a half. I love taking them to the gym with me, showing them how to be healthy, and teaching them how live an active lifestyle. Helping people achieve their goals through working out, proper nutrition, and supplementation is what I love most about this sport!
